Abstract
Training of doctors in communication skills with patients has been actively developing all over the world for the last 20-25 years, relevant classes are held both with students and with certified specialists. Practice shows that learning communication skills is most effective if the mastery of communication skills is integrated into the process of teaching clinical skills. Throughout the world, the «gold standard» of communication skills training for doctors is training with the participation of simulated patients - specially trained actors who perform two main tasks: with the maximum possible realism, they play the role of the patient during the consultation of the medical worker with the patient played during the training, and after the game they give the student feedback, in which they talk about their perception of the past consultation and the emotional experiences associated with it

Abstract
The article presents the experience of conducting a two-stage practical exam on the subject "Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases" at the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University. prof. V.F. Voyno-Yasenetsky Ministry of Health of Russia. The analysis of the effectiveness of third-year students of the medical faculty was analyzed by comparing the results obtained at the interim assessment of the discipline at the department and re-monitoring knowledge on the basis of the department-center of simulation technologies with the involvement of independent teachers of the internal diseases department for independent assessment.

Abstract
Fast track (FT) surgery - complex treatment programs, including preparation at the preoperative stage, the use of minimally invasive techniques of surgery and active management of the postoperative period, in order to reduce the duration of hospital treatment, rehabilitation time and the fastest return of patients to normal life. Of particular importance is the use of FT-protocols in gynecological patients. However, due to the lack of familiarization of doctors with this technique, the introduction of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative management programs into the training system becomes relevant.

Abstract
The authors present the results of the use of simulation technologies in the training of surgeons. In a short time videosimulators and virtual simulators allow to work out certain manual skills. The authors present the developed program of inclusion of simulation courses in the training program of residents in the form of periodic short-term courses. During the training, video simulators, virtual simulators, as well as real equipment and tools were used in the training operating room, where team trainings of operating teams were conducted. On the basis of the conducted research the conclusion is made about the role and place of simulation technologies in the process of training surgeons.

Abstract
The article considers the possibility of using an automated information system of rehabilitation diagnosis with built-in electronic reference international classifier of functioning, disability and health (ICF) and automated medical scales and tests as a tool of rehabilitation and training electronic simulator. The algorithms of the information system operation without extensions will be presented as a tool of the multidisciplinary team (MDB) of doctors and with advanced functions as an electronic simulator. This electronic simulator is designed to train doctors who do not yet know how to use the ICF Handbook, to improve the skills of medical professionals and for students in postgraduate education programs.

Abstract
A study of the effectiveness of the use of high fidelity simulation in the training of clinical residents act in critical situations during anesthesia on the example of «difficult airways» was conducted. The inclusion of high fidelity simulation in «difficult airways» crisis management training program has provided greater effectiveness of the actions of residents in simulated «difficult airways» situations in comparison with the traditional lecture course. Also it was demonstrated the maintaining of the effectiveness of the resident's performance during simulated clinical situations up for 6 months after the course of lectures and simulation training.

National Resuscitation Council of Russia, Moscow, Russia The new professional standards of medical personal include cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The course of providers of the European Resuscitation Council is successfully integrated into the program of professional development in the Simulation Center of the Medical Institute of IMmanuil Kant University. The presence of CPR in the professional standards of the doctors of various specialties, nurses and non-medical personel led to a higher motivation for the training.
