Abstract

The article considers the issue of evaluating the effectiveness of training on the Vimedix ultrasound simulator by medical specialists in order to acquire practical experience of an appropriate level before interacting with a patient. The results of the training of 54 medical specialists who were trained in the cycle of professional retraining and did not possess the practical skills of an ultrasound diagnostics specialist are analyzed. After completing the practical lesson, the student demonstrated practical skills during the examination of the patient under the guidance of a teacher, then took a simulation training course and repeatedly demonstrated practical skills. The final control is carried out by the teacher at the end of two months of classroom training. An analysis of the assessment of practical skills acquisition upon completion of training in a virtual simulator showed a significant improvement in the acquisition of practical skills and their demonstration.
