Annotation. The article presents the data of an original study to assess the impact of the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 on the training of clinical residents in the specialty "obstetrics and gynecology". Changes in workload, opportunities for theoretical and practical training, personal safety, psychological and emotional overload contributed to the inability to adapt and continue professional training. The restoration of professional training, including with the widespread use and improvement of distance learning techniques and simulation training opportunities, should help to increase the adaptive potential and preserve the health of a young doctor.
The experience of conducting multidisciplinary training on the basis of the Multidisciplinary Accreditation and Simulation Center of the Perm State Medical University named after academician E.A. Wagner for employees of perinatal centers and maternity hospitals in the Perm Territory. Teamwork in the provision of emergency care is a priority in the training of doctors of various specialties. The developed model of multidisciplinary training in atypical working conditions allows not only to identify and improve the technical skills necessary for employees of prenatal centers in the development of emergency conditions, but also allows to consolidate such non-technical skills as working communication of doctors of various specialties and teamwork in providing emergency care to patients.
The purpose of the article is to familiarize the readers with the five-step methodology of training rescue workers in first aid. The proposed methodological techniques are based on a two-stage approach to providing first aid to victims in peacetime emergencies and military conflicts, including conditions of mass sanitary losses. A detailed description of the stages of the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities in the learning process will allow teachers to apply this technique when conducting first aid classes. The main attention in this article is paid to the fourth stage of training, at which the skills to provide first aid are formed in accordance with the order of elimination of life-threatening consequences of damage.
The study examines the use of compact-case technology in healthcare professionals' training using the author's authentic case devoted to the implementing innovations into the existing organizational culture of a multi-profile accreditation-simulation center.
