Abstract
Simulation technology in medical education links preclinical and clinical stages of training and ensures continuity by changing these stages. In this paper authors demonstrate effectiveness of education of doctors specialized in anesthesiology during the training for usage of new gaseous anesthetics with the robotic patioent simulator HPS.

Abstract
Algorithm of the practical skills control technology in surgery to be divide into 9 steps. For demonstration of skills in the simulation lab practical Cases were developed. Structural assessment is given foer every certain step of the skill, which ensures greater accuracy and objectivity. The proposed technology is efficient, inexpensive, algorithmic, recreatable, projectable and managable.
