Abstract
He Botkin Hospital MSC conducts a two-day educational program for the training of ambulance staff «Basic principles of labor management». The program includes four modules: «vertex delivery; shoulder dystocia»; «breech delivery; extended arms»; «Hemorrhage in obstetrics»; «Preeclampsia». Currently 47 courses «Basic principles of labour management» has been conducted with 363 doctors and paramedics has been trained.

Abstract
Treatment of RDS is an actual problem in neonatology. We developed and implemented a training module «Mechanics of breathing», which has been passed by 249 doctors since 2013. The considerable devrease of early neonatal mortality by 21.8% has been observed in For the period 2013-2015. Among premature infants with weight 500-999 g mortality has been decreased by 5.6%, infant mortality - by 3.9%.

Virtual reality simulators (VRS) are widely used in medical training. The present article gives an overview of the types of VR elements: passive, active, interactive, and superactive; of the technologies, components of immersion. The classification of SVR based on the level of interaction of the trainee with the virtual environment and the degree of involvement has been developed and presented: level 0 Passive; 1. Active; 2. Abstract
Treatment of the hepatic closed injury is an actual issue in modern medicine. The use of high-tech simulators in medical training is one of the most effective ways of team training. Business games are one of the most effective method of learning. We present the simulation training professional game «Quest - surgical biathlon» for the surgical treatment of the hepatic closed trauma. This case could serve as a model for the development of subsequent games training according to the various clinical scenarios.
