Abstract
Russian Society for S imulation Education in Medicine ROSOMED has started in 2015 voluntary accreditation of the Simulation and Assessment Centers. Original accreditation criteria have been developed by the ROSOMED team of experts. 11 centers have been accredited by March 2016: five centers have got the III, highest level and 6 centers - the Level II.

Abstract
The Festival of Youth Science - 2015 (79th final student scientific-practical conference with international participation) was organized in the Krasnoyarsk State Medical Universit named by Prof. Voyno-Yasenetsky in order to create professional competencies, to support and to encourage talented medical students. The contest was held in the Centre of simulation technology. The article describes the aims, objectives of the contest, conditions of its organization and students participation.

An important task of medical education is teaching physicians techniques of skilled medical care in emergency and critical conditions. Modern method of teaching is training in the simulation center, where practiced skills of basic cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation.

Abstract
Since 2013 at the Department of obstetrics and gynecology, neonatology, anesthesiology and critical care FGBU «Iv NII MiD Gorodkova»б Ivanovo 306 obstetricians-gynecologists from 54 subjects of the Russian Federation were trained at the training course «Clinical obstetrics (practical course with the use of simulation platforms and childbirth simulators)». Analysis of learning outcomes using various assessment tools (testing, self-assessment cards, test cards, score sheets) has shown high efficiency of application of simulation technology in postgraduate education of doctors obstetricians-gynecologists.

Important tasks of the medical universities is the traning of practical skills. We developed new programmes for the first year students to practice their professional skills. To achive this targert skills training should be started from the initial stages in a simulation center.

Russian society for simulation education in medicine, ROSOMED in cooperation with the Russian society of surgeons and the Russian society of endoscopic surgeons has created the course of Basic Endosurgical Simulation Training and Assessment, BESTA. The present study has established expert, constructive and discriminative validity of the BESTA course.

Abstract
The experience of teaching endovideosurgical practical skills at the simulation training center FGBU «All-Russian center of emergency and radiation medicine named after A. M. Nikiforov of EMERCOM of Russia» is reported. Within one year of functioning of the centre the basic principles were formulated, that allow to increase the efficiency of obtaining applied knowledges and skills of ordinators and doctors, improving endovideosurgical skills by practical surgeons.

Accreditation for the qualification category «Surgery» and «Endoscopy» in the Hospitals subordinated to the Moscow Department of Health includes skills testing in the Medical simulation center of the Botkin Hospital since March 1, 2016.
