Abstract
The article describes the investigative experiment conducted in the simulation center for the first time in Russia. The simulation methodology allowed to reproduce the clinical situation and clearly demonstrated to the investigators the medical manipulation technique. This experiment provided deeper and better understanding of the event and allowed proper conclusions of the investigation.

Abstract
Restructuring of the documentary information and analytical system (DIAS MSC) into Autonomous modules allowed to structure the system of providing informative statistical reporting and significantly simplified the process of preparing documents for various evaluation procedures on the basis of the Medical Simulation Center of the Botkin hospital. The authors of the article reveal the features of implementation and prospects of development of document flow using software DIAS MSC at the Medical Simulation Center of the Botkin hospital.

Abstract

Simulation techniques have gain important role in the improving of Medical Care quality. Nymerous clinics and health care organizations create their own simulation departments to perform the training in the workplace (in situ), test medical equipment, validate new approaches, methods, protocols, assess proficiency level of employees of the institution. This technique allows to carry out educational, testing and evaluation activities as realistic as possible, in a working environment, efficient and safe.

Abstract
The results of the development of a computerized simulatorfor teaching ophthalmoscopy are presented. It is intended to imitate medical situations, on the basis of which practical exercises of ophthalmoscopy, diagnostic skills, clinical decision-making, and knowledge control are developed. The software has a large number of clinical cases in the main sections of ophthalmology and can be used in training courses and certification of specialists.
