Abstract

Privolzhskiy Research Medical University of the Health Care Ministry took part in the pilot project of the OSE station «Collection of complaints and anamnesis at the primary outpatient doctor’s appointment» in 2018-2019 years. Also from 2019 the communication competence assessment station was mandatory for all 6 majors undergoing primary specialized accreditation. Based on the results of the station’s assessment of communication skills in 2018-2019. Our University sees the need to introduce communication skills training programs into the educational process. Currently, teachers and students demonstrate a low level of interest in communication skills, in contrast to residents and doctors of primary retraining, which is demonstrated by the results obtained during accreditation. There are certain skills that cause difficulties for all those who took part in the accreditation.
