From scenario to practice: how simulations in the BABY BOOM project shape the professional competencies of nurses
Abstract
The article presents the practical experience of integrating simulation and design educational technologies into the process of training mid-level specialists in the specialty 34.02.01 Nursing at the Pharmaceutical College of Krasnoyarsk State Medical University. The architecture of the "BABY BOOM" educational project is considered, including the regulatory and legal justification, the stages of implementation, the role structure of participants and performance evaluation criteria. The development of modular professional development programs for practitioners is recognized as a promising area.
