В статье представлен практический опыт интеграции симуляционных и проектных образовательных технологий в процесс подготовки специалистов среднего звена по специальности 34.02.01 Сестринское дело на базе Фармацевтического колледжа ФГБОУ ВО КрасГМУ. Рассматривается архитектура образовательного проекта «BABY BOOM», включающая нормативно-правовое обоснование, этапы внедрения, ролевую структуру участников и критерии оценки результативности. Перспективным направлением признана разработка модульных программ повышения квалификации для практикующих специалистов.
The article presents the practical experience of integrating simulation and design educational technologies into the process of training mid-level specialists in the specialty 34.02.01 Nursing at the Pharmaceutical College of Krasnoyarsk State Medical University. The architecture of the "BABY BOOM" educational project is considered, including the regulatory and legal justification, the stages of implementation, the role structure of participants and performance evaluation criteria. The development of modular professional development programs for practitioners is recognized as a promising area.
