Оценка коммуникативных навыков медицинских работников с помощью различных шкал

Аннотация
Статья посвящена обзору наиболее эффективных шкал, применяемых для оценки коммуникативных навыков медицинских работников в процессе обучения. Методом сравнительного анализа были изучены шкалы в зависимости от их применения в различных профессиональных медицинских группах. Определение эффективности наиболее часто используемых шкал проводилось посредством анализа показателей и оценки валидности и надежности методик в проведенных исследованиях. Были также изучены оценки результатов исследований, говорящие об эффективности обучения межличностным и коммуникативным навыкам в процессе обучения.
