Taptygina , in 2013, a department-center of simulation technologies was created on the basis of KrasSMU , on the basis of which an accreditation center (2015), a training perinatal center (2017), a multidisciplinary Accreditation and Simulation Center (2019) were established.

The author of the practical skills competition "Emergency Medical Care" in 2014, since 2016 the competition has received the status of All-Russian contest.

ROSOMED board member, expert in simulation center accreditation, and member of the annual international forum "ROSMEDOBR. Innovative Educational Technologies in Medicine" since 2018.

Since 2020, she has been working at the Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
