Organization working in constantly changing schedule with a large number of students and doctors, is equipped with a substantial number of simulators, mannequins, phantoms required consumables and spare parts. The formation of a «hands-on » competence of specialists is a sophisticated process that needs to be carefully planned and organized. In this article we present our experience in web-management of the simulation center of the Krasnoyarsk Medical University.

The use of ultrasound technology in emergency allows proper treatment strategy of urgent patients with multi-trauma. 18-hour training Program for eFAST (extended Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma) has been developed by the group of authors in the Medical simulation center, Botkin hospital, Moscow. The Programm was integrated into the training curriculum and was launched in August 2017 on the basis of MSC. During this time, more than 60 doctors from 15 Moscow hospitals have been trained.

Eye tracking (oculography) is a technique of eye movements recording that helps to research behavioral responses, ergonomics and usability of the products, software and working environment, control the activity of the operator, guide the learning process and to assess skills and competencies. The article discusses application prospectives of eye tracking in medical simulation training.

IBM Rational Rose in the UML notation is the optimal environment for the analysis of information processes. The expert group developed an information model for the creation and implementation of clinical scenarios. Examples of the use of this model in the development of clinical scenarios for diagnosis and intensive care of emergency conditions in cardiology are presented.

As part of the expansion directions «Neonatology» in MSC Botkin hospital in December 2017 successfully launched a new educational programme «Primary resuscitation care to newborns» for neonatologists, doctors, ambulances, anesthesiologists-resuscitators neonatal profile. Simulation training takes place in the Department of rehabilitation and intensive care of newborns Clinic of women's health and neonatology MSC Botkin hospital using modern highly realistic equipment in conditions as close as possible to clinical. The most important advantage of this course is a pronounced practical aspect, simulation training without risk for the patient and an objective assessment of the achieved level of training.

Moscow Society ROSOMED introdused in 2015 accreditation of simulation centres for doctors training, and in 2017 -simulation centers for nurses training. In 2017, the training and certification program «Specialist of Medical Simulation Education» was launched. By now 18 University simulation centers have been accredited and 3 Centers of medical colleges have been attested. The article presents the description of the statistic protrait of the simulation centers of III and II levels.
