MSC Botkin hospital for the first time in Russia has developed a training Program for anesthesiologists-resuscitators on the topic «Features of ventilators in patients with viral pneumonia»to improve preparednessfor CoViD-19 disease. The key point of the program is simulation training on high-tech medical and simulation equipment.

Abstract
The article analyzes mistakes made by rescuers during CPR. The occurrence of errors is associated with both the personal characteristics of the helpers, and with defects in their training. Described possible optimization of the processes of simulation training of the rescuers and, accordingly, improving readiness for sudden cardiac arrest.

Abstract
The results of the development of a simulator for the acquisition of skills of diagnostic and therapeutic proceduresfor diseases of the human lacrimal organs are presented. It is available in childrens and adult versions. Simulator allows to practice probing and irrigation the lacrimal ducts with standard equipment and instruments. These are basic manipulations in the practice of ophthalmologists and otolaryngologists. The simulator provides video recording of the manipulation, which allows to use it both in training and accreditation.
