Abstract

Simulation technologies have become firmly embedded in the process of training medical personnel and, as they develop, tend to enter the clinical routine, but their adaptation to the real conditions of hospitals requires not mechanical transfer, but a deep restructuring of organizational and pedagogical processes. The key challenge is not the availability of high—tech equipment, but its integration into the daily flow of clinical activity, where time is a critical resource and the human factor is the main source of variability. Successful training and a 100% result on accreditation do not always guarantee success in clinical practice.
