The contribution of the tutoring program to the professional development of students

Abstract

A retrospective analysis of the tutoring program of Karaganda Medical University for 2017-2026 was carried out. Her contribution to the professional development of students was assessed on the basis of quantitative performance indicators and the analysis of alumni reviews. During the study period, more than 4,500 students participated in the program, expanded training areas and introduced modern educational technologies. The results show that tutoring contributes to the development of clinical, pedagogical, leadership and research competencies, forming the professional identity of future doctors.
