Проведен ретроспективный анализ программы тьюторства Карагандинского медицинского университета за 2017–2026 гг. Оценен ее вклад в профессиональное становление студентов на основе количественных показателей деятельности и анализа отзывов выпускников. За исследуемый период в программе приняли участие более 4500 студентов, расширены направления подготовки и внедрены современные образовательные технологии. Результаты свидетельствуют, что тьюторство способствует развитию клинических, педагогических, лидерских и исследовательских компетенций, формируя профессиональную идентичность будущих врачей.
A retrospective analysis of the tutoring program of Karaganda Medical University for 2017-2026 was carried out. Her contribution to the professional development of students was assessed on the basis of quantitative performance indicators and the analysis of alumni reviews. During the study period, more than 4,500 students participated in the program, expanded training areas and introduced modern educational technologies. The results show that tutoring contributes to the development of clinical, pedagogical, leadership and research competencies, forming the professional identity of future doctors.
