Abstract
In the context of a shortage of teachers who use modern simulation technologies, the authors describe the experience of implementing a project to train teaching staff at a medical university. The project is dedicated to the development and implementation of a model for training future teachers of higher medical school through the active involvement of students and residents as tutors at the Simulation Educational Center of the Russian University of Medicine.
