Проект посвящен разработке и внедрению модели подготовки будущих преподавателей высшей медицинской школы через активное вовлечение студентов и ординаторов в качестве тьюторов в Центре симуляционного обучения Российского университета медицины.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the context of a shortage of teachers who use modern simulation technologies, the authors describe the experience of implementing a project to train teaching staff at a medical university.
