The Rate of Formation of Technical Skills among Residents of the Specialty "Anesthesiology-Intensive Care" (Pilot Study)

Abstract

This paper presents the results of simulation training for 1st-year residents of the specialty "Anesthesiology-resuscitation" technology of mask ventilation using a self-expanding bag. Attention is focused on the activation of muscle memory and the learning curve is analyzed. The study found that the rate of skill acquisition is individual and depends on many physical and psychological factors. To increase the effectiveness of training, it is necessary to personalize the educational process, optimize the frequency and format of trainings.
