Abstract
Taking into account the development of technic and technology, the transformation of both medical and non-medical activities in healthcare institutions, as well as the processes of training medical personnel, is essentially inevitable. And it is inevitable not only in the application of certain new tools, but also in the approach, algorithms and goal-setting of both the training process itself and the paradigms that form the conceptual knowledge in the field of mastering, adapting and applying these very new tools.
