Abstract
The article is devoted to the training of lean technologies directly in medical organizations ("in situ"). A training model is proposed, combining simulation training and real projects implemented on the basis of medical organizations themselves. The main focus is on increasing employee engagement, improving the processes of medical services provision, and reducing bureaucratic burdens. The model has shown high efficiency, contributing to the rapid implementation of acquired knowledge and changing the negative perception of lean technologies.
