Abstract

Since 2023, a regular cycle of classes for teaching staff using the "standardized student" methodology has been implemented on the basis of the Federal Accreditation Center of Perm State Medical University. The training combines the development of simulation learning technologies and the development of teachers' communication skills, allowing them to effectively cope with difficult pedagogical situations. Individualization is achieved through adaptive scenarios developed on the basis of questionnaires.
