Е.А. Вагнера реализуется регулярный цикл занятий для ППС с использованием методики «стандартизированный студент». Тренинг сочетает освоение технологий симуляционного обучения и развитие коммуникативных навыков преподавателей, позволяя им эффективно справляться с трудными педагогическими ситуациями. Индивидуализация достигается за счёт адаптивных сценариев, разработанных на основе анкетирования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Since 2023, a regular cycle of classes for teaching staff using the "standardized student" methodology has been implemented on the basis of the Federal Accreditation Center of Perm State Medical University. The training combines the development of simulation learning technologies and the development of teachers' communication skills, allowing them to effectively cope with difficult pedagogical situations.
