Abstract

The concept of competence in medical education is usually associated with students or teachers. Currently, there is still insufficient attention paid to the competencies of management and support staff in education. In organizing simulation education in medicine, close attention should be paid to this group of participants in the educational process, since Russia has not formed a single staffing table for simulation centers of educational organizations. We are considering this issue based on the evolution of the competencies of the staff of the Federal Accreditation Center of Perm State Medical University.
