Abstract
The course "Patient Communication Skills" has proven to be highly effective, significantly increasing the value of doctors' skills. It successfully fills the knowledge gap — almost half of the participants had not previously been familiar with the Calgary-Cambridge model. The vast majority (97%) noted the practical significance of the course and the comfortable learning environment. The skills are being actively put into practice: most of the course students have started using them in their work, and 90.5% state changes in their reception. Exceptional loyalty is demonstrated by the willingness of 95.4% of respondents to recommend the course to their colleagues.
