Abstract

The course "Patient Communication Skills" has proven to be highly effective, significantly increasing the value of doctors' skills. It successfully fills the knowledge gap almost half of the participants had not previously been familiar with the Calgary-Cambridge model. The vast majority (97%) noted the practical significance of the course and the comfortable learning environment. The skills are being actively put into practice: most of the course students have started using them in their work, and 90.5% state changes in their reception. Exceptional loyalty is demonstrated by the willingness of 95.4% of respondents to recommend the course to their colleagues.
