Abstract
With the widespread introduction of minimally invasive endoscopic treatment methods into the surgical practice of rhinologists, conditions are created that dictate the formation of education programs for training specialists. At the L. I. Sverzhevsky Research Institute of Oncology and Orthopedics of the Health Department of the City of Moscow, a basic training program for endoscopic endonasal surgery was developed and tested in the conditions of the simulation center of the Botkin Hospital. The conducted testing of the basic program showed that for its mastering, students needed an average of 7 approaches, regardless of the previous level of training of an otolaryngologist.
