Abstract

Professional communication is an important component of clinical competence and an integral element of professionalism of a doctor of any specialty. The paper presents the results of using a specially developed business game aimed at developing communication skills among 6th-year students and residents. Based on the analysis of questionnaires and checklists, it is shown that the game creates conditions for developing communication skills, increases motivation to acquire them and promotes the formation of patient-oriented thinking.
