Final Multi-Component Hybrid Training of a Complete Clinical Situation as a Form of Developing Professional Competencies of Surgeons

Abstract

Simulation trainings of a wide range of practical skills were used to prepare surgeons. As a result, it was revealed that practicing isolated practical skills is insufficient for developing high-range professional competence. Only trainings of a full clinical situation allow forming real professional competences, adjusting and consolidating technical and non-technical skills. A full clinical situation in a simulation environment can be implemented, as a rule, only using a hybrid form of simulation training.
