The Use of Simulation Technologies in the Professional Retraining of Doctors Specializing in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care

Abstract
The article discusses the possibilities of using simulation technologies in the retraining of doctors in the specialty "anesthesiology-intensive care". Special simulation models were used to master the fundamental practical skills of an anesthesiologist-resuscitator. The advantages and limitations of simulation training in comparison with internship at clinical bases are shown. The study showed that the use of simulation training can improve the quality of professional retraining.
