Abstract
Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy, which is performed with the participation of a surgeon and an endoscopist, is generally recognized as the operation of choice for palliative correction of dysphagia. The rarity of the operation makes it difficult to train, maintain manual skills and coordinate the work of the team. The theses describes the approbation of the developed simulator for testing all stages of the Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (RU2765110C1), which allows you to acquire and maintain the necessary manual skills and coordination of the interaction of the operating team, which reduces the risk of complications and reduces the time of the procedure (p<0.05).
