Experience in Simulation Training of Endoscopists at the State Institution “Republican Clinical Medical Center” of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus

Abstract

In order to train and improve the skills of endoscopists in the Republic of Belarus, simulation training programs have been developed and implemented at the simulation center of the State Institution “Republican Clinical Medical Center”: 1) “Flexible endoscopy”; 2) “Diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy”; 3) “Operative endoscopy of neoplasms of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT).” The use of these programs allows us to train endoscopists with the necessary endoscopic skills, prepare them for independent work with patients and improve their professional qualifications.
