Применение данных программ позволяет обучить врачей-эндоскопистов необходимым эндоскопическим навыкам, подготовить их к самостоятельной работе с пациентами и повысить их профессиональную квалификацию.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In order to train and improve the skills of endoscopists in the Republic of Belarus, simulation training programs have been developed and implemented at the simulation center of the State Institution “Republican Clinical Medical Center”: 1) “Flexible endoscopy”; 2) “Diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy”; 3) “Operative endoscopy of neoplasms of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT).” The use of these programs allows us to train endoscopists with the necessary endoscopic skills, prepare them for independent work with patients and improve their professional qualifications.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
