Abstract

The study presents the results of assessing the activities of teachers of the simulation center by questioning residents of the 2nd year of study who have completed simulation courses. The survey involved 357 residents of the 2nd year of study, who were asked to evaluate the work of the teachers of the simulation center — 12 teachers aged from 26 to 62 years, with less than 5 years of work experience — 7 teachers and more than 5 years — 5. As a result of the analysis of feedback questionnaires for 2023, we can conclude that the vast majority of residents of the 2nd year of study are satisfied with the quality of teaching courses.
