Abstract

The work of accreditation and simulation centers is often associated with multitasking, as it includes different areas of work. Lean principles provide an opportunity to identify waste at different levels of any value creation process, and also suggest ways to solve problems identified. We recommend using our successful experience in process mapping, timing and drawing up a “spaghetti” diagram for use in the work of accreditation centers, both in the course of accreditation of specialists and in preparation for it.
