Abstract

Providing emergency care to patients is a basic skill for doctors of any specialty. Regardless of the location of the emergency situation, assistance should be provided as early as possible in combination with calling a resuscitator or an ambulance resuscitation team. For most specialists, the unwillingness to act effectively may be due to the rarity and non-triviality of the situation, the lack of previous experience and, for this reason, the factor of "confusion" and uncertainty.
