Abstract

The authors consider an anti-crisis program in the management of a simulation center with internal limited capabilities and the influence of external factors on the reduction in funding to support the material and technical base. For sustainable development and stability in a competitive environment, the Simulation Center of  Karaganda Medical University (Kazakhstan) recommends revising strategic guidelines as a way to overcome the crisis in the management of the center through updating methodologies for teaching and learning clinical skills, taking into account qualification requirements and functioning equipment.
