Interdisciplinary Team Work in the Training of Doctors of Perinatal Centers and Maternity Hospitals in Perm Region

Abstract

The paper presents the experience of conducting a professional development cycle for doctors of perinatal centers and maternity hospitals in the Perm region with specialized trainings and multidisciplinary team training in a simulation center. Conducting problematic trainings for multidisciplinary medical teams in typical emergency situations contributes to good survival of emergency skills and compliance with quality criteria for medical care in emergency conditions.
