Abstract

Modern medicine is actively embarking on the path of introducing a patient-centered approach. The ideology of a medical organization and its mission should be aimed not just at the "impersonal" provision of services, but at high-quality treatment and a trusting psychological atmosphere. The use of compact cases in the training of medical workers allows them to develop the skills of critical analysis of a problem situation, determine effective patterns of their behavior in the proposed conditions, and communication skills. In the future, this will help them to implement a patient-centered approach in practice.
