Simulation Trainings Iin Improving Professional Competencies as a Part of Professional Retraining

Abstract

The publication reflects the results of a study of self-assessment of the level of professional competencies in the field of emergency medical care among persons who have passed the primary specialized accreditation on the basis of Kursk State Medical University. Self-assessment was carried out, among other things, among specialists who completed a simulation course aimed at improving professional competencies in providing medical care in emergency and emergency forms as part of the implementation of additional professional retraining programs.
