Audit of Pediatric Care and Simulation Training for Pediatricians

Abstract

During the audit of the provision of emergency care to children, insufficient knowledge of the algorithm A, B, C, D, E and the lack of teamwork skills were revealed. These shortcomings were taken into account when creating a simulation training program for pediatricians in emergency departments and specialists on duty in the hospital. The learning outcomes were positively assessed by all participants. Emergency care training should be used in the education of pediatricians. A pre-audit allows you to identify weaknesses and optimize the training program.
