The Level of Emotional Burnout of Nurses Depending on the Style of Management of Nursing Staff

Abstract

The study analyzed the main stages and factors in the development of emotional burnout. Using the methodology of K. Maslach, the levels of burnout stages of nurses who took part in the study were identified, and the burnout index was determined. The main styles of nursing staff management are considered. The study revealed the relationship between the burnout index of nurses and management styles.
