Abstract

Medicine refers to a type of activity where high communicative competence is an integral part of the profession and is expressed as special skills and abilities. Medical workers are constantly included in the communication process, which provides for a variety of relationships with the patient, his relatives, as well as work colleagues. It is mistakes in professional communication that are the most common cause of ethical and deontological violations, conflict situations, as well as dissatisfaction and complaints of patients and their relatives.
