The Value of the Motivational Component in Mastering the Basics of Communication Relationships “Doctor-Patient”

Abstract

The material presents a study of the effectiveness of teaching students communication skills to communicate with patients on the example of using the standardized patient technique in combination with the Kirpatrick method. The effectiveness of assimilation of Calgary-Cambridge system of interaction with a patient was studied in the 4th year students of medical and pediatric faculties. It has been established, that the game form of education in combination with the stress factor increases the students' motivational component in learning and contributes to better assimilation of the material.
