Abstract

We present the results of ten-year work of the commission on admission to work in the position of nurse in Tyumen State Medical University, analyze the key success factors, and dwell on the problems. To ensure high-quality training and the acquisition of general and medical care competencies, skills for performing manipulations and nursing procedures, it is necessary to include educational and industrial practices, disciplines and simulation training in educational programs.
