The Role of Simulation Education in the Training of Doctors in Modern Conditions

Abstract

One of the main goals of the national project "Healthcare", implemented in our country from 2019 to 2024, is to provide medical institutions with highly qualified personnel. The development of the latest technologies in medicine determines the need for the creation and widespread implementation of an innovative approach to the education and training of personnel. It is possible to improve the quality of training of medical specialists with properly organized simulation training.
