Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the readiness to implement organizational changes for employees of simulation centers in Russia.
To study the readiness for the implementation of organizational changes of employees of simulation centers in Russia, the D. Holt questionnaire (“Readiness for organizational change”) adapted by E. Naumtseva was used. The study involved employees of simulation centers from 15 Russian cities (Nizhny Novgorod, Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, Vitebsk, Tver, Kaliningrad, Rostov-on-Don, Khabarovsk, Ryazan, Yekaterinburg, Cheboksary, Orenburg, Perm, Omsk) (N=39) .
