Case-method in the Training of Practical Healthcare Professionals in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The Medical Simulation Center of the Botkin Hospital is actively developing towards creating unique educational content in medicine. Applying the Case method in the education of medical workers, we bring the academic training of practical health care specialists of the Russian Federation as close as possible to the field of their professional activity by discussing real clinical cases from medical practice (cases) aimed at a deep and multifaceted understanding of a specific situational problem in the context of real life, thereby improving the quality of medical care to the population.
