Abstract

Effective teamwork is a quality tool for building a more effective and patient-centered care delivery system. Working in teams, physicians-residents model situations, control the actions of themselves and their teammates, better acquire practical skills. Such a training system is optimal in the processes providing assistance in a team, but depends on the definition of the main elements of this system
