Lean personality development and continuing medical education

Abstract

Analyzed 50 questionnaires of medical workers trained at the Factory of medical processes "Preventive examination". 5 factors have been identified that influence the motivation and effectiveness of training. The relevance of teaching the tools of lean manufacturing in the system of Continuing Medical Education is shown.
